“Egypt Exhibition” è una mostra anteprima mondiale che racconta le grandi storie d’amore tra faraoni e regine, svelando il lato romantico e affascinante dell’Antico Egitto. Un viaggio nel cuore di una civiltà millenaria, su 2000 MQ di Palazzo Zaguri a Venezia, 4 piani, 36 sale, 150 vetrine, oltre 1000 reperti una mostra unica al mondo. “Egypt Exhibition” passioni, alleanze e leggende che hanno intrecciato le vite delle dinastie dell’antico Egitto, come Ramses e Nefertari, Tutankhamun e Ankhesenamun, Cleopatra e Marco Antonio. Tutto questo in una grande anteprima mondiale mai vista prima adatta ad un ampio pubblico. Il percorso comprende per tutti i visitatori, studenti di ogni ordine e grado una audioguida che coinvolgerà e spiegherà magistralmente le storie ed i reperti presenti.

In the charming fourteenth-century Palazzo Zaguri in Venice, the largest collection of treasures is displayed, with over 40 million visitors in the world.

 

A journey lasting more than 2 hours through the life of Tutankhamun, at the discovery of unpublished mysteries and anecdotes about the most famous pharaoh. A high-profile scientific path studied by internationally renowned Egyptologists coordinated by prof. Maurizio Damiano – one of the most prominent Egyptologists in Europe who wrote 25 essays translated into 50 languages and took part in many scientific shows broadcast on the most important television stations – will provide explanations about the 1,250 items displayed on the 5 floors of Palazzo Zaguri.

 

The simple and clear audioguides will help you fully enjoy this pharaonic experience.

Thanks to the virtual reality stations, you will experience the discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb by Howard Carter.

To offer a complete exhibition experience, an audioguide and two virtual experiences are included in the ticket price.

The pavilion of treasures, with more than 200 jewels displayed

On the first floor of Palazzo Zaguri you will admire an exclusive collection of treasures including over 200 jewels displayed.

 

In cooperation with Horus Limited, the first Egyptian company certified by the Ministry of Antiquities for the reproduction of Tutankhamun’s treasures, which participated in 2015 Milan EXPO.

The first exhibition in the world that also displays the four burial chambers of the pharaoh.

Ancient Egypt lands in Venice, grand opening of the "Tutankhamun, 100 years of mysteries" exhibition

On Saturday at 11.15 a.m., one hundred visitors queued up outside the location of the “Tutankhamun, 100 years of mysteries” exhibition set up by Venice Exhibition Srl in the fourteenth-century Palazzo Zaguri in Campo San Maurizio, Venice, to witness the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the exhibition entitled “Veneto welcomes the Egyptian culture”  attended by Manal Mohamed Abdeldayem, Consul General of Milan for the Arab Republic of Egypt,  and Roberto Ciambetti, President of the Veneto Regional Council.
