Lost Hangars, Dinosaurs Revealed aims to change the image we have of “these terrible giant lizards” by referring to the latest scientific data and a superb, never-before-seen collection of original dinosaur fossils brought together for the first time that will flank verisimilar full-scale animated reconstructions (animatronics), ample space will be devoted to immersive and interactive experiences that will reliving the Jurassic era.
The bizarre and fanta (pseudo) scientific aspects are left out in favour, instead, of a greater understanding of their evolutionary history: who the dinosaurs really are, how they can be defined, what are the reasons for their success and their (apparent) disappearance.

The exhibition opens with a reference to mythology and cinema to investigate the origin of the many myths related to dinosaurs and dinomania for which the visitor will find an unexpected and fascinating scientific explanation or find his or her own pop cultural references. From myth and the silver screen we go on to understand what is a dinosaur and what is not a dinosaur. Because everyone talks about it, but few can answer the simplest question.
